100 Me I Can Be

A 13-week life skills programme for young people aged

10–13 years
14–17 years

100 Parents in Partnership

Parents are an essential part of youth development.

The Parents in Partnership programme creates a supportive environment where parents can discuss issues affecting young people and families.

100 Youth Leadership Programme

The Youth Leadership Programme develops young people's ability to take initiative and contribute positively to their communities.

100 Peer Mentoring Programme

Graduates of the 100 Me I Can Be and Youth Leadership programmes can become peer mentors.

5. Facilitation
6. Mentoring

Peer mentors can actively participate in delivering sessions to younger participants, allowing them to reinforce their own learning while helping develop the next generation.

Rites of Passage Programmes

Wild Time for Girls

Programmes designed for young women aged 12–14 and 15–18.

Participants have the opportunity to learn alongside experienced outdoorswomen while developing

6. Recognition of personal strengths and talents

Leadership Training

Immersive online or in-person training designed to develop capability in the Rites of Passage Leadership Framework.

Participants strengthen:

Wild Rites

A week-long programme for young people aged 14–18 in the mountains of Southern Africa.

The programme explores themes associated with the transition into adulthood and culminates in a solo experience and celebration recognising what participants have achieved.

100 Café Dialogue

A conversational leadership platform where participants think together for a change.

Through multiple rounds of facilitated conversation, participants exchange ideas, make unexpected connections, develop new knowledge and identify opportunities for action.

School Programme

A programme designed to support the wider school community, including:

4. School staff

The programme integrates the Rites of Passage Leadership Framework with 21st-century life skills, mental health and wellbeing support.

Parent-Child Camps

Experiences designed to help parents and children strengthen their relationships in nature.

Mother & Daughter

A programme for girls aged 14–16 designed to support the transition into young womanhood.

Making of Men — Father & Son

A five-day, four-night programme for boys aged 14–17 and their father or male mentor.

Objective

To support young men through their transition into young adulthood while strengthening the relationship between the young person and his father or male mentor.

Father & Daughter

A three-day, two-night experience for girls aged 7–11. The programme provides dedicated time for fathers and daughters to connect as young girls grow and develop.
