Not every young person grows up with access to privilege, opportunity or a positive network.
Our work exists to ensure that young people have access to mentors, positive role models, meaningful experiences and opportunities that help them discover who they are and what they can become.

100 UPLIFT is the Movement's youth-focused Rites of Passage and leadership development initiative.
It is an African-centred, intergenerational mentorship approach designed to help young people develop positive identities, character and leadership skills.
Our programmes strengthen the body, mind and spirit, helping young people navigate the transition from youth to purposeful leadership.
