Wild Time for Girls
Programmes designed for young women aged 12–14 and 15–18.
Participants have the opportunity to learn alongside experienced outdoorswomen while developing

Leadership Training
Immersive online or in-person training designed to develop capability in the Rites of Passage Leadership Framework.

A week-long programme for young people aged 14–18 in the mountains of Southern Africa.
The programme explores themes associated with the transition into adulthood and culminates in a solo experience and celebration recognising what participants have achieved.
A conversational leadership platform where participants think together for a change.
Through multiple rounds of facilitated conversation, participants exchange ideas, make unexpected connections, develop new knowledge and identify opportunities for action.

Making of Men — Father & Son
A five-day, four-night programme for boys aged 14–17 and their father or male mentor.
Objective
To support young men through their transition into young adulthood while strengthening the relationship between the young person and his father or male mentor.
Father & Daughter
A three-day, two-night experience for girls aged 7–11. The programme provides dedicated time for fathers and daughters to connect as young girls grow and develop.
